- Design and develop architectural projects, including buildings, spaces, and landscapes
- Create conceptual designs, sketches, and models to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Conduct site analyses and assessments to inform design decisions
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Lead and mentor junior design staff to promote professional growth and development
-Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
Travelling regularly to Project sites, proposed locations and client meetings
-Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Professional architecture license or registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Proficiency in CAD software, Autodesk Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
