Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS , EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- 7 to 12 years experience in similar field.- B.Arch (with experience in Corporate Interior Fit outs)

PREFERRED S KILLS- Prior experience working in Design & Build corporate companies required.- Must have worked on Commercial Corporate Offices.- Software skills include AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, 3D Max, MS Office.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.- Developing and presenting project proposals.- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the clients needs.- Ability to develop look and feel.- Coordination with Project team, consultants, client & vendors.- Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.- Periodic Site visits.- Assigning Design Team with daily tasks & deadlines.- Handover Documentation and Project closure.- Good Communication and Presentation skills.- Team Handling & Internal Coordination- Creativity & Pro activeness- Good Leadership & PR Skills- DecisionMaking ability
