Job Description

As a Senior Architect (Cloud/Java/J2EE) with 10-15 years of experience, your role will involve backend design and development (hands-on) of applications for managing cloud environments. You will be responsible for owning the product and influencing the frameworks and system architecture. Additionally, you will need to be adept at quick prototyping and iterative development of product features. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing backend applications for managing cloud environments - Owning the product and influencing frameworks and system architecture - Prototyping and iteratively developing product features Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of programming experience with Java/J2EE - Expertise in Spring and Hibernate - Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments - Experience with public cloud providers (AWS and/or Azure) and private cloud providers (VMware/OpenStack/Microsoft System Center) - Mandatory knowledge of Chef or any other configuration management system - Working experience with Jenkins API - Strong database design skills - Ability to design, implement, and roll-out applications from scratch - Experience in building web services (preferably RESTful APIs) and consuming web services - Passion for identifying, quantifying, debugging, and removing performance bottlenecks You should have a strong background in IT/Computers-Software industry and hold a B.Sc/B.Com/M.Sc/MCA/B.E/B.Tech degree.
