We are solving one of the most complex business problems & creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders - Customers, Construction professionals, & Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized & severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology & process - creating the playbook for the industry.

Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 & a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive & super-broken market using our technology & processes.

Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited & Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel & Celesta Capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Team Performance: Drive initiatives to enhance revenue growth & optimize team performance. Oversee customer experience by ensuring predictability & efficiency in project delivery, with a strong focus on quality. Emphasize design elements that ensure a positive & seamless client experience.

Client Requirements & Vision: Translate client requirements & vision into detailed working drawings. Ensure the timely completion of design phases, securing customer approvals promptly.

Design Review & Compliance: Review & approve architectural & design plans, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, regulatory standards, & project specifications. Conduct regular design reviews to maintain consistency, quality, & integrity across all projects.

Revit Family Development: Develop & maintain a comprehensive library of Revit Families tailored to package specifications within the designated zone. Generate accurate bills of quantities from Revit & promote the reusability of modules to enhance team efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Relationship Management, & Operations, to ensure timely & accurate project deliverables. Work closely with external consultants (e.g., Structural Engineers) to ensure cost-effective & practical design solutions.

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, train, & manage the architectural team on a day-to-day basis, fostering a high-performance culture. Build & design new processes, & re-engineer existing ones, to improve productivity at both city & central levels. Ensure processes evolve to handle exponential growth & increasing project complexities.

Process Improvement & Best Practices: Establish & continually enhance the consistency, predictability, & efficiency of the team's project delivery capabilities by implementing & promoting best practices. Work with the city leadership team, department heads, & other key stakeholders to deeply understand client needs & project objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Architecture

Mandatory Software: Revit, AutoCAD. Knowing Sketchup & AI to improve efficiency is added benefit

Knows develop families in Revit & maintain library of the same

Make regular MOM for every discussion with the clients

Experience in all phases of the design process from concept/schematic design through the bid process & construction administration

Excellent verbal & written communication skills, & people management skills
