Job position- Project Architect-BMC

Location- Mumbai

Position type: full time

Roles and Responsibilities

The PA would be a dynamic, self-driven, result-oriented professional.

The PA would report to the Director, Archohm Consults, or any other person mandated by the Company. The PA would be expected to travel extensively within Mumbai metropolitan region, and also to the head office in Delhi/NCR.

Liaision & Client Management: The PA is expected to have the requisite experience in handling a large government project.

1. Deal with government client at all levels

2. Deal with statutory authorities like Fire Officer, etc

3. Deal with contractor on complex large scale construction.

4. Coordinate with other agencies on behalf of the client.

Team Leadership

The PA would lead a design team of 6-10 architects, draughts persons and engineers. It would be the PA’s responsibility to ensure timely invoicing and incomings.

The PA must possess:

· Crisp and clear communication skills

· Liaison experience and ability

· Good Knowledge of Mumbai bye-laws and codes, NBC, other relevant codes

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing

· Ability to handle all queries and concerns of client, contractor and other parties

· Languages proficiency: Should be fluent in Marathi and English, working knowledge of Hindi

Who can apply:

Age: 45+

Minimum: 20+ years experience including experience of having completed a Rs 100+ crore project for BMC -mandatory and any other government body in Maharashtra.

Experience on large scale projects will be preferred.

Salary/compensation:

Open/not a constraint/negotiable

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
