Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should Have Experience of Minimum 3 Years in Designing for a Resort Project
Experience in architectural design co-ordination.
Prepare 2D & 3D presentation/design drawings.
Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects
Team player & capable of handling team of 5-6 members efficiently, Capable of preparing working drawings & detail drawings for execution,
Proactive with Excellent communication & management skills,
Have good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on & check BOQ.
Attend regular site & client meetings.
Assignments require independent action & decision making as well as ability to work with others.
May have regular interface with clients & consultants.

May assist in work Planning & scheduling processes

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch / M.Arch with strong knowledge Designing & Planning

Proficiency in 3D modeling in Sketchup / 3D Max, MS office, Photoshop
