Job Title: Senior Architect Location: Gurgaon Sector - 43 Experience: 11 to 13 Years Industry: Real Estate Employment Type: Full-time Working Days - 6 (Monday to Saturday) Interested Candidates can drop their CVs at 9121436946 Key Responsibilities: Utilize technical background and prior experience in Coastal and Tropical regions / Sites to execute the architectural designs and construction processes. Lead architecture design, conceptualization, detailing, and construction/execution drawing processes. Coordinate Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of projects to ensure seamless integration with architectural plans. Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals to stakeholders, including clients and management. Proficiently use AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software for feasibility plans, sketch designs, and planning application drawings. Conduct thorough checks of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender drawings, and General/Floor Coordination (GFC) drawings. Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for consultants, contractors, and vendors. Generate detailed project reports, including design specifications, materials, costs, and construction timelines. Conduct site visits and provide project management support as required. Verify structural, MEP, landscape, and municipal drawings against architectural plans. Develop photo-realistic 3D renderings for client and management approvals. land use area statements, and area calculations. Need to lead entire design vertical. Develop & maintain in house design team. Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans. Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations. Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required. Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge. Networking and consulting with various industry professionals. Senior Architect Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 13 years of experience in architectural design and project execution, preferably in the real estate sector. Willingness to work overtime as required. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes. Experience working with high-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
