Roles and Responsibilities Develop architectural designs for residential projects such as villas, resorts, and hotels. Create detailed working drawings and sketches using SketchUp software. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during the design process. Provide interior decoration solutions for various spaces. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (B.Arch degree required). Proficiency in creating architectural designs, working drawings, and sketches using SketchUp software. Strong understanding of villa, resort, hotel project development processes from conceptualization to completion. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration.
