Job Description:
We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of the US healthcare process, and the ability to follow up on claims efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
• Understand and work on denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Update the billing system with accurate claim status.
• Work within the defined turnaround time and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution of claims.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as an AR Caller in the US healthcare/RCM process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical billing terminology will be an added advantage.
