Job Description

Hiring: Senior AR Callers

Senior AR Callers

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claim status and take required action.
Resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments effectively.
Review unpaid and pending claims to ensure timely follow-up.
Document all call actions and outcomes accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper and timely claim submissions.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in U.S. Medical Billing (AR Calling).
Strong understanding of AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and claim resolution.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of EMR/PM systems is an added advantage.

Schedule & Benefits:

Fixed U.S. shift (Monday to Friday)

Full-time, in-office role
