Role Description:

experienced RCM Executive / AR Caller

Qualifications:

• Patient intake, eligibility verification

  , and

  charge entry

• Claims submission

  AR follow-up

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure that

  authorizations

  are obtained before service delivery.
• Accurately process claims via

  Medicare, Medicaid

  , and

  commercial payers

  .
• Post

  EOBs/ERAs

  and reconcile payments with daily deposits.
• Perform

  AR calling

  to follow up on pending or denied claims, taking corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and correct

  denials, rejections

  , and

  underpayments

  to ensure

  maximum reimbursement

  .
• Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly preferred
• enerate and analyze

  aging

  and

  productivity reports

  to support decision-making.
• Ensure all billing processes comply with

  HIPAA

  payer regulations

• Coordinate with

  internal teams

  for documentation, coding, and billing corrections.
