Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for production and manufacturing applications.
Resolve complex issues for third-party and custom applications.
Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
Lead large projects, system upgrades, and cross-site implementations.
Design, integrate, and upgrade new manufacturing systems, tools, and technologies into the existing IT ecosystem.
Document system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
Develop training strategies and support standards for end-users and team members.
Mentor support team members, review work quality, and define IT support standards.
Maintain advanced understanding of custom database-driven applications.
Apply advanced knowledge of programming/scripting languages (SQL, Python, .NET, Java).
Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes.
Utilize advanced knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.
