Description
As a Senior Applications and Solutions Engineer at Neo Metaliks, your role will be crucial in providing the techno-commercial backbone for C&I BESS site discovery, sizing, solution architecture, proposals, and early-stage commissioning. Your responsibilities will include: - Discovery & site work: Conduct audits, load profiling, and align use-cases. - Solution architecture: Select chemistry, PCS topology, EMS/controls, and draft SLDs, BoMs, layouts. - Sizing & economics: Develop LCOS/TCO and customer ROI/IRR models, and define dispatch strategy. - Proposals: Convert designs into client proposals with performance guarantees. - Vendor/OEM interface: Evaluate quotes/specs, support FAT/SAT checklists, and ensure compliance with standards. - Commissioning & handover: Support installation checks, functional tests, EMS configuration, and client O&M training. - Quality & safety: Ensure detection/suppression, clearances, earthing, and protection coordination. - Internal enablement: Maintain calculators/templates, coach BD, and provide feedback on design. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Power/Energy); M.Tech a plus. - Hands-on experience with C&I site evaluations, SLDs, and integration with PV/DG/UPS. - Proficiency in load curves, tariff structures, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HOMER/PVSyst (ETAP/DIgSILENT a plus). - Working knowledge of EMS/controls, PCS selection, protections, safety/certification regimes (IEC/IS/UL). - Strong client-facing communication skills, ability to present technical proposals clearly, and willingness to travel.
