Role Overview

Senior Appian Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Appian applications, workflows, and UI screens.
• Architect and develop SAIL interfaces, process models, record types, reports, sites, and custom components.
• Build and optimize CDTs, Data Stores, Expressions, Rules, Web APIs, and Integrations.
• Design end-to-end Appian solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Participate in deployment cycles, environment migration, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of strong experience

  in Appian BPM development.
• Expertise in:
• SAIL UI development
• Complex process modeling
• Appian Records, Data Sync & Relationships
• Integrations (REST/SOAP, Connected Systems)
• Appian Web APIs & Plug-in usage
• Solid understanding of Appian architecture, security, and deployment practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Certification:

  Senior Developer / Lead Developer

  (Good to have)
• Experience with Appian RPA or automation tools
• Database skills (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in
