Senior Android Engineer

As a Senior Android Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, performant mobile applications by setting architecture, quality standards, and coding best practices. Your role will involve driving the full app development lifecycle, making technical decisions on frameworks, libraries, and CI/CD processes, and collaborating closely with product management and design teams to ensure seamless translation of requirements into technical solutions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of professional Android development experience and possess expert-level knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines. A proven track record of shipping high-quality Android applications, strong UI implementation skills, familiarity with mobile accessibility standards, and proficiency in CI/CD processes are also essential. Being self-motivated, analytical, responsible, and a strong team player with fluent English communication skills is key to success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience optimizing CI/CD processes using tools like Bitrise or GitHub Actions, hands-on experience with A/B Testing and Feature Flags, relevant certifications in Android development or related fields, and previous experience working on mass-market mobile apps or consumer platforms.
