Senior Analytics Engineer

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Senior Analytics Engineer at AlphaSense, you will be a crucial member of the Global Product Analytics team. Your main responsibility will be transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions. If you have expertise in Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Tableau, along with a proactive and energetic attitude, we are looking forward to meeting you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop R&D Analytical Data Lake for real-time data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics on BI tools - Create and maintain data pipelines for extraction, transformation, cleaning, pre-processing, aggregation, and loading of data from various sources using Python and SQL - Design Tableau dashboards by establishing connections with GCP and other tools **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or a closely related discipline - 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and Analyst - Proficiency in Python for setting up Engineering Platforms and configuring robust data pipelines - Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for running ETLs - Hands-on experience in designing Tableau Workbooks - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills **About AlphaSense:** AlphaSense is a trusted market intelligence platform used by some of the world's most sophisticated companies.
