Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., with 6-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction monitoring and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough analysis of transactions to identify potential risks and anomalies.
Develop and implement effective transaction monitoring strategies to prevent fraud and suspicious activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
Analyze data trends and patterns to provide insights for business decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements related to transaction monitoring.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of transaction monitoring principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel and SQL.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to transaction monitoring, such as anti-money laundering laws.
