Senior Analyst - Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the testing (manual and automated) strategy for the product - Create test approaches with Scrum teams and execute test cases across functional, regression, and end-to-end testing - Design and implement automation frameworks according to project structure - Oversee the defect management process and ensure conformance to the SDLC - Identify risks, write test plans, and perform testing tasks within defined sprint timelines - Analyze project documentation to understand requirements thoroughly and convey them into easy-to-understand test scenarios and plans - Identify gaps in business requirements, plan, organize, and schedule project deliverables Qualifications: - 6 to 8 years of experience in testing complex web and backend applications - 6 to 8 years of software automation experience in web and backend applications - Experience in manual and automated testing, with a preference for testing Java applications - Good understanding of monitoring logs and triaging issues, proficiency in tools/frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Jenkins, CI/CD - Strong reporting skills and ability to embed Continuous Improvement within Scrum teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a degree in Computer Science or related subject being beneficial,
