Senior Analyst Private Markets Monitoring

As a member of the Private Markets team at M&G Global Services, you will be responsible for supporting the team in maintaining systems that assimilate both structured and unstructured data from various sources. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing performance data for portfolio companies from investor reports and updating and maintaining the proprietary database with the latest performance metrics for further analysis. - Performing data quality checks on investments across asset classes and analyzing key performance parameters for monitoring. - Designing, updating, and developing reports on Power BI across investments to provide insights to fund managers for portfolio monitoring. - Interacting with onshore analysts to ensure information is available and assisting in the preparation of credit documentation for investment credit committees for semi-annual and annual reviews. - Coordinating with the development team for enhancing internal tools/database and conducting testing as required. - Responding to straightforward technical queries. - Delivering high-quality agreed tasks to stakeholders on a timely basis. - Managing deliverables with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
