About the Role - Analyst, People Analytics We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious People Analytics Analyst to join our expanding People Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in utilizing data to influence people-related decisions across the organization. Collaborating closely with stakeholders in the People function, you will be responsible for delivering insights, creating reports, and enhancing our analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and be adept at working with data pertaining to recruitment, attrition, workforce movements, and more. They should exhibit enthusiasm for transitioning to Power BI for scalable dashboarding and demonstrate a proactive approach to uncovering meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports on people metrics such as attrition, hiring, tenure, and workforce changes. - Serve as the primary contact for reporting and insights within the People Team. - Translate business inquiries into structured data analyses and dashboards. - Uphold data quality, consistency, and cleanliness across systems and files. - Perform exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing to identify trends and underlying causes. - Aid in transitioning reports from Excel to Power BI with support as needed. - Manage calculated fields, data dictionaries, and change logs. - Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance analytics processes. Required Skills & Experience - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, structuring, and cleaning. - Exposure to Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools with a willingness to learn. - 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics (including internships). - Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommended actions. - Comfort working with confidential HR data while maintaining discretion. - Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative work approach. Nice to Have - Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or Darwinbox. - Previous experience collaborating with HR/People team stakeholders. - Exposure to SQL, Python, or R (desirable but not mandatory).
