Senior Analyst - Oracle Process Manufacturing/Quality

• As a member of the Customer Success Services organization, your focus is to deliver implementation support and solutions to the Oracle customer base in area of Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) and process Quality modules
• As a Sr.Support Analyst, you will be the functional and technical interface to customers, for resolution of issues related to the Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Quality modules and recommending enhancements and solutions in areas of EBS Process manufacturing (Process Manufacturing, Costing, Quality) and Hydra interface
• Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment and working part of large team.
• May have project lead role
• 6-10+ years experience with EBS OPM products in implementation & support roles and have a technical degree i.e, BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/MBA with a 3.0 GPA OR (for Applications) proven professional/ technical experience, i.e, demonstrating an understanding of EBS Applications at a functional and technical level.

We expect candidate to have:

1. Strong process manufacturing (OPM) knowledge and concepts.
2. Hands-on experience with process Quality module.
3. Implementation/Support experience in Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing Modules like OPM Financial, Process Execution, Product Development, Process Manufacturing, Process Quality & Inventory modules.
4. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advises to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS OPM and Supply Chain Modules.
5. Strong technical debugging skills using SQL, PLSQL, Reports etc.
6. Strong problem solving skills.
7. Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customers critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
8. Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
9. Candidate should be team player so you leverage each others strengths. You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often.

13. Any added experience with .NET technology will be added advantage.

Your Qualifications

The candidate should have 6+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules and a minimum 2 years of leadership experience working at a customer facing roles. High commitment with his/her customers is must.
