Senior Analyst - Oracle Process Manufacturing/Quality

As a Sr. Support Analyst in the Customer Success Services organization at Oracle, your primary responsibility is to provide implementation support and solutions to Oracle customers using Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Quality modules. You will serve as the functional and technical point of contact for customers, addressing issues related to Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Quality modules. Additionally, you will be tasked with recommending enhancements and solutions in the areas of EBS Process manufacturing, including Process Manufacturing, Costing, Quality, and the Hydra interface. Your job duties will be diverse and challenging, requiring independent judgment and collaboration within a large team. This role may also involve leading projects. To excel in this position, you should have 6-10+ years of experience working with EBS OPM products in implementation and support roles. A technical degree such as BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Math, or an MBA with a GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Alternatively, for Applications, demonstrated professional/technical experience showing a solid understanding of EBS Applications at both functional and technical levels is required.
