Senior Analyst Mergers & Acquisitions

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, industry analysis, and due diligence to evaluate the attractiveness of target companies. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining complex financial models to analyze investment returns, cash flows, and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include assisting in structuring deals, preparing investment memorandums for investment committee presentations, monitoring the performance of acquired companies, collaborating with management teams to drive growth and operational improvements, and supporting the development of critical business strategies. To qualify for this position, you should have five to ten years of experience in investment banking (corporate finance/M&A) or equivalent. Proficiency in accounting and financial concepts, exceptional Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting skills, and an undergraduate degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or mathematics are preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a drive for results, the ability to work well under pressure and against tight deadlines, a team player mentality, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. You should also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be open to working night shifts and supporting EST hours. Required skills for this role include exceptional Microsoft Office suite and financial reporting skills, as well as strong written and oral communication abilities. Preferred skills include knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, and the ability to analyze and value businesses, along with a team player mentality, and effective interaction with various internal groups and clients.,
