Senior Analyst Marketing

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and curious professional to lead efforts across marketing messaging, funnel optimization, and high-impact strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in increasing lead conversion by reshaping how we communicate with prospects and how we operate across the funnel from MQL to SQL.You will be responsible for both the quality of messaging across marketing channels and the strategic decisions(including on-ground execution) that drive pipeline growth, working across regions, teams, and functions. One of the priority initiatives under your leadership will include optimizing the marketing-to-sales funnel within EMEA, with opportunities to scale learnings across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and evolve messaging across all marketing channels (email, landing pages, paid, content) to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.
• Identify funnel inefficiencies and own the strategy to close the gaps from MQL to SQL.
• Design and maintain clear funnel dashboards to drive performance insights and transparency.
• Drive strategic initiatives that align marketing efforts with pipeline goals across global regions, for example, plan and execute GTM for France .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, demand gen, sales, marketing ops, and regional teams to implement changes that scale.
• Instill a learner mindset across teams, encourage experimentation, and promote fast iteration on messaging and process improvements.
