As a Senior Analyst at JLL, you will be part of the Research & Analysis Hub team, monitoring EMEA real estate markets with a focus on the German Living sector. Your role will involve contributing to best-in-class research, leveraging proprietary JLL data, and collaborating with internal teams to produce market overviews and thought leadership publications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop detailed knowledge of Germany's Living real estate market. - Support in creating quarterly housing market monitor slide decks and bi-annual presentations on the core Big-8 Germany city markets. - Create one-pager reports on Big-8 Germany city housing markets. - Maintain and update presentation slide decks for the purpose-build student accommodation (PBSA) sector and German healthcare market. - Update the Germany PBSA property database. **Qualifications Required:** - Interest in real estate with a commitment to learning market dynamics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related fields. - Strong quantitative skillset, including Excel proficiency. - Experience working with data, reporting, and information systems. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. **Desirable Qualifications:** - Experience with data visualization tools. - Experience in commercial real estate. - Bachelors degree in Data Science, Social Science, Economics, or related discipline. - Existing knowledge of information research tools. - Knowledge of Germany, especially geography and language.
