Senior Analyst-Instructional Design

As a Senior Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture's S&C Global Network, your primary focus will be on assisting clients from various industries in the realms of Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding clients in navigating organizational changes, and facilitating a seamless transition process. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the workforce of the future. In this role, your responsibilities will revolve around supporting teams and projects through different phases of learning design and development by tailoring solutions to address specific business challenges and target audience requirements. You will be involved in establishing standards and templates for learning solutions, creating engaging training materials utilizing various learning modalities, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine learning materials for optimal business outcomes. Your ability to visualize content creatively and craft impactful storyboards will be crucial in delivering high-quality training materials. To excel in this position, you are expected to demonstrate proficiency in content development, instructional design, research, and information gathering, along with a strong grasp of the latest trends in the learning industry. Familiarity with design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe is highly desirable, as well as the capability to work effectively in a problem-solving global environment with cross-cultural competence. Your interpersonal and writing skills, coupled with a solid business acumen, will be essential in driving success in this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, with 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and content development. Your ability to transform source content into engaging courses tailored to the target audience, along with a solid understanding of proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning, will be key assets in this role.
