Senior Analyst IMP Onboarding

As a Senior Analyst IMP Onboarding at Accelya, your role involves leading and supporting the technical and operational onboarding of travel partners onto the New Distribution Capability (NDC) platform. You will be coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a seamless partner experience in alignment with NDC standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving NDC adoption within the airline industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for partners integrating with NDC APIs. - Serve as a subject matter expert to Airline and third-party tech partners on NDC functionalities and standards. - Collaborate with GDSs, aggregators, and third-party tech partners to support their NDC implementation. - Conduct end-to-end review of API workflow and assist partners with certification. - Monitor onboarding progress, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues or blockers. - Analyze onboarding KPIs and suggest process improvements. - Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. - Utilize knowledge of XML, JSON, JavaScript, and SQL Server. - Demonstrate understanding of infrastructure setup, databases, firewall, cloud, and networking. - Work effectively within a small team environment with minimal supervision and flexible shifts. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with industry knowledge. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in providing technical support for application software. - Knowledge and experience with XML-based system interfaces and schema design. - Hands-on experience with XML-based tools like Postman and SOAPUI. - Familiarity with Zendesk and issue management systems such as Jira Service Desk or Zendesk. - Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. - Background in software development/programming preferred. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent field.,
