Your key responsibilities

• Strong understanding of BGV processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with global BGV practices and documentation standards.

• Ability to analyze verification reports and identify gaps/discrepancies.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and BGV tools/portals.

• Eye for detail, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability.

Skills and attributes

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: HR, Management, or related field).

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in background verification (BGV) operations.

• Hands-on experience in handling employment, education, and criminal verification checks, case initiation or report generation.

• Prior exposure to client interaction and SLA-driven environment.

• Experience in quality audits and process improvement initiatives preferred.
