Senior Analyst Finance (FPNA)

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst Finance (FPNA) at our company, you will be responsible for business partnering with sales and operational leads, providing accurate forecasting, understanding financial implications, producing cost and benefit forecasts, and ensuring revenue assurance. You will lead budgeting and forecasting exercises, review performance against targets, and support the business with essential management and financial information for growth plans. Your role will also involve supporting audits, regulatory requirements, delivering monthly and ad-hoc reporting, streamlining processes, and providing feedback for process improvements. Experience working with service sector organizations and knowledge of SAP will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Business Partnering with Sales and Operational leads - Producing accurate forecasts of costs and benefits - Ensuring revenue assurance and resolving associated queries - Leading budgeting and forecasting exercises - Reviewing performance against targets and explaining variances - Providing necessary management and financial information for growth plans - Supporting audits and regulatory requirements - Delivering monthly and ad-hoc reporting - Streamlining existing processes and designing new reports and processes - Identifying and implementing process improvements - Demonstrating excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience for CMA Qualified / 4-6 years of experience for others in analysis, accounting & management reporting role - Qualified CMA/ Inter CA/ Graduate/ Partly Qualified - Experience in SAP - Accuracy in interpretation and analysis of data - Accuracy in reporting and adherence to deadlines - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, text manipulation, data validation, etc.) and MS Office applications Please note that the company operates in the Insurance and ITES/BPO/KPO industry, and the role is full-time and permanent.
