Senior Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Understand functional requirements and translate them into clear, structured user stories for the development team. Create functional artifacts such as: Business process models Domain models Activity and sequence diagrams UX mockups Algorithms Clearly define and document both functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate in sprint reviews and functional validation of features. Actively participate in discussions with developers and Business Process Owners to resolve requirement conflicts and update specifications accordingly. Contribute to defining test scenarios based on business needs and user requirements. Act as a liaison between Business Stakeholders and the Technical/Development team. Analyze production incidents to derive improvement opportunities and enhance product functionality. Required Skills Strong experience in UML , including creation of domain models and activity diagrams. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and requirement validation. Ability to break down complex requirements into independent, granular user stories (following the INVEST principle ). Experience with functional design and user journey tools. Effective communication skills and a passion for building quality software. Good business acumen to facilitate cross-functional discussions across various organizational levels. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in software/application development.
