Description
As a Senior Analyst in the Digital Marketing Compliance team at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's digital presence complies with global privacy regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and audit over 200 sites daily for compliance issues. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, document, and rectify instances of non-compliance. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining the integrity and compliance of site cookies and collaborating with privacy teams to remediate websites with unapproved cookies. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and audit 200+ sites daily for compliance issues - Identify and document instances of non-compliance and work with site owners to rectify them - Ensure integrity and compliance of site cookies and manage site developer updates - Collaborate with privacy teams to remediate websites with unapproved cookies - Identify, investigate, and manage potential risks or issues through resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to identify potential risks to the business - Participate in process improvement initiatives and analyze team metrics for performance reporting - Review stakeholder feedback and implement process improvements Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information - Understanding of HTML framework and cookies - Experience with marketing automation software and Intelligence Platform technology - Ability to present data findings in a readable format and build support decks or dashboards - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy - Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions - Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver messages verbally and in writing - Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Mastercard expects all employees to adhere to security policies and practices, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.
