Senior Analyst-Data Analytics

As a Human Capital Management (HCM) Analytics professional at Goldman Sachs, you play a vital role in managing the firm's most valuable asset - its people. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing large datasets from various HR systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to provide insights into key HR metrics. - Building and maintaining Anaplan Models related to HR processes. - Collaborating with HR and business leaders to understand data needs, gather requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. - Identifying inefficiencies in HR processes and proposing data-driven solutions for improvement. - Partnering with various HCM functional groups to deliver seamless services and drive local initiatives and programs. We are looking for candidates with the following skills: - Strong written and oral communication skills in English, along with excellent presentation abilities. - A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline, with prior experience in data analysis being a plus. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI and Anaplan, with a combination of both preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously yet collaboratively. - Capable of handling confidential information. - Knowledge of additional tools like Alteryx, Tableau, R, or Python is advantageous. - Interest in HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data visualization.
