Senior Analyst-Audit & Recovery

As a member of the Margin Discovery team at Tesco PLC, your role will involve auditing Tesco Promotions, Sales, Defectives, and commercial agreements to identify potential revenue leakages. By collaborating with suppliers & buyers, you will recover these revenue leakages for Tesco, utilizing progressive financial service solutions and industry-leading technology to achieve maximum success in recovering millions of pounds annually. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential revenue leakages through auditing various aspects of Tesco's operations - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to recover revenue leakages - Understanding business processes to detect financial irregularities - Analyzing data points to identify patterns and anomalies - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to make process changes that reduce revenue leakages - Ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and principles - Utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills to enhance missed income audit findings Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in retail Audit and recovery or grocery procurement, and A/P processing preferred - Ability to work well in both individual and team environments - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Basic knowledge of SQL & Hadoop, visualization, and interpretation skills - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Retail and commercial acumen Please note that the Hiring Manager for this position is T Dileep Kumar and the application deadline is 19-February-2025.
