Senior Analyst, Assistant Vice President

You will be part of the DWS QA team responsible for testing applications owned by DWS IT and providing expertise in testing to projects and application owners. Your role will involve hands-on test creation, manual and automated execution, analysis, and reporting of functional and non-functional testing activities. You will work on tasks identified in the testing strategy and plan, accurately record defects, collate metrics and KPI information, and work alongside project stakeholders to ensure work progression and provide guidance to QA & Testers and Analysts. The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience in IT projects, specifically in Asset Management Business Applications and Processes. - Drive the execution of the test strategy and plan, including test preparation, execution, analysis, and reporting activities. - Record defects accurately and collate metrics and KPI information for reporting purposes. - Provide product/business expertise to support the testing approach. - Develop and implement technical solutions for the testing process, such as test automation, performance testing, or test data provisioning. - Identify tasks and resources needed to ensure software quality requirements are met before release. - Review and implement test process improvements regularly. - Demonstrate specialist Business Testing knowledge or exceptional business/functional expertise. - Professional Graduate with 12-15 years of experience in IT projects, with a minimum of 3 years in Asset Management Business Applications and Processes testing. - Strong hands-on experience with manual and automation testing methodologies and Software Testing life cycle. - Ability to write Test Cases for End-to-End Asset Management business process flows involving integration of different Applications. - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and HP-ALM, and understanding of automation frameworks like Jenkins and TeamCity. - Strong knowledge in Asset Management domain, experience in applications like BRS-Aladdin and SimCorp Dimension preferred, and experience in i-Croci application is an added advantage. - Very good communication skills in English language. - Willingness to learn new technologies and flexibility to get cross-trained when required.,
