The primary purpose of the position is to develop and support Bank data solutions and Machine Learning/A.I. projects. Experience in Banking or Finance is desirable.The ideal candidate will have A.I./Machine Learning Development background with the ability to quickly adapt those skills to new environments. This position will work with Business units and the Technology Group. Occasional travel will be required.Develop cutting edge ML and AI solutions to help the business innovateBe involved in concept design, brainstorming, research, etc. required to create new solutions for considerationResolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigationParticipate in performance/load tests, making recommendations to improve performance and scalabilityProvide timely and effective solutions to critical production issuesContribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment automationDocument solutions and keep knowledgebase up to date to support efficienciesEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:4 years experience in Python2 years experience building Machine Learning models using Sklearn, TensorFlow or PyTorch1+ years experience leveraging Large Language Models for business use cases including RAG and Agents1+ year experience using Databricks for data orchestration and ML model development2 years experience with relationships databases2 years experience in AWS or other cloudProficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based applications in AWS preferredExperience with serverless architecture is a plusExperience working with Linux shell scripting an assetMust have strong communication skills and be able present diagnostic, troubleshooting steps and conclusions to a varied audienceMust be able to work with minimal supervisionDemonstrated expertise in supporting large-scale systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
