Role Overview: As a Senior AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) at UpSolve Solutions, your main responsibility will be designing, developing, and deploying AI models with a specific focus on GenAI and LLMs. Your role will involve leading end-to-end project delivery, from team management decisions to negotiating project scope with clients. It is essential to stay updated on the latest AI technologies and leverage your expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models. Your proficiency in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and programming languages like Python will play a crucial role in building cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project delivery, including team management decisions - Interact with clients to negotiate project scope - Stay updated on the latest AI technologies - Utilize expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models - Apply strong background in machine learning algorithms and natural language processing - Utilize programming languages such as Python - Utilize expertise in GCP, AWS, or Azure - Work on large-scale data processing and model training - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Optimize AI models by working with complex datasets and performing data preprocessing - Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications: - Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) - Strong background in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive modeling - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python - Expertise in GCP, AWS, or Azure - Experience with large-scale data processing and model training - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science) - Experience with video and text analytics is a plus In this role, you will be based in Delhi and expected to work from the office on a full-time, permanent basis.
