About The Opportunity
As the AI Solutions Architect - HR Transformation, youll lead the design and strategy of AI solutions across our global HR function. You wont be building modelsbut youll know how to turn complex needs into practical, ethical AI integrations.Youll partner with teams across Compensation, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Communications, HRBPs and HR operations to identify high-impact use cases and work closely with internal partners and external vendors to bring those solutions to life.This is a full-time role focused on long-term impactnot short-term automation.
Where will you make an impact
- Drive and evolve the AI roadmap for HR modernization
- Identify high-value AI use cases across HR functions
- Evaluate and recommend AI vendors and platforms in collaboration with HR, IT and Procurement teams
- Research the market landscape, compare capabilities, and benchmark pricing for AI solutions
- Build and present business cases, including ROI projections and cost- benefit analysis
- Design end-to-end integration plans across systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, LMS)
- Partner with Enablement Leads and HR teams to ensure successful pilots and adoption
- Lead conversations around ethical AI, data privacy, fairness, and emerging regulation
- Track performance, outcomes, and ROI for all AI-powered initiatives
What you will
bring
- Familiarity with responsible Global AI principles and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with or selecting AI-based HR tech (e.g., chatbots, skill mapping, attrition prediction)
- Prior exposure to LLM-based platforms or workforce intelligence tools
- Strong grasp of HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Excellent communication skillsyou can talk tech with IT and translate it for HR
- Comfort with ambiguity, and a builders mindset.
