As a part of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems and suggesting the most suitable technical support plan, including relevant software, to the customers. Additionally, you will be involved in sales activities to promote our support plans.
