Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop responsive websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and ReactJS. Create custom AEM templates, components, and integrate them with dynamic ReactJS experiences. Consume REST APIs and integrate external services. Conduct and participate in code reviews and design discussions. Perform unit and integration testing; assist QA in test environment setup. Troubleshoot and optimize production issues. Maintain version control using Git and support Agile development cycles. Mentor junior developers and support platform transitions. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-8 years of full-stack development experience in a corporate environment. 3+ years of hands-on AEM development (AEM as a Cloud Service preferred). Experience developing CMS components such as templates and plugins. Skills and Experience Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge React.js, Redux (or equivalents), HTML, CSS, JavaScript AEM (HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, Sling Servlets) Webpack, NPM, Maven, Git SDLC, CI/CD, test-driven development Experience in configuring web server and code repository environments. Capable of writing and maintaining mid- to large-scale web applications. Ability to create and manage technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to mentor junior team members effectively. Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn.
