Job Description

As a Senior AEM Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in architecting customer-centric digital experiences. Here is what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement high-performance web content management solutions using Adobe AEM, tailored to client business needs and technology goals. - Utilize hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion to build and maintain integrations with AEM and other platforms. - Lead the integration of AEM with CRM systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and eCommerce solutions to deliver seamless digital experiences. - Translate complex business requirements into technical workflows and detailed architecture plans, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. - Evaluate existing infrastructure for performance and scalability, plan for capacity needs, and conduct infrastructure assessments based on project requirements. - Define and uphold non-functional requirements such as Availability, Performance, Scalability, Backup, Redundancy, and Security. - Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment. Provide thought leadership throughout the development lifecycle. - Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects to showcase capabilities and implementation strategies to clients. Core Mandatory Skills: - Adobe Workfront Fusion - Adobe AEM / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) - Integration of AEM with CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms - Deep understanding of AEM architecture and deployment strategies - Experience with multi-site, multi-channel content delivery and personalization - Automated workflow management and multilingual content support - Web development expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP - Java / J2EE technologies: Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, JSTL - Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate - RESTful Web Services - Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, JCR, CRX - CMS frameworks and standards: JSR-170, JSR-283, JSR-168, JSR-286 Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts - Experience in Agile methodology and ability to function as a Scrum Master - Strong understanding of design patterns - Experience in configuration planning, testing, and change management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and clients - MBA/PGDM or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus In addition to the exciting technical challenges and opportunities for growth, joining our team will give you the chance to work on high-impact digital transformation projects, collaborate with cutting-edge Adobe technologies and enterprise clients, and be part of a skilled and forward-thinking technology team.
