Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Software Engineer with a strong background in UI/UX Design and expertise in Graphic Design. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as React. This role requires an individual who is passionate about crafting visually appealing and user-friendly web applications while simultaneously ensuring top-notch performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated web applications that balance aesthetic appeal with functional usability. UI/UX Design: Lead the design process by creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals. Graphic Design: Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual content that align with the branding and contribute to a cohesive user experience across all platforms. Web Technologies: Code and implement responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to best practices. React Development: Build reusable components and libraries for future use in React, participating in full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, code inefficiencies, and any other technical challenges that arise during development and deployment. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of [8+ years] of proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with React.js and associated frameworks. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with development tools and version control (e.g., Git). Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs is a plus.
