Job Description

Handling walk-ins/online counselling of CAT, CMAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET
Responsible for achievement of monthly sales targets
Organizing events / presentations / webinars for school / college products
Getting feedback about existing products from the market and existing students
Follow ups of counselling
Regularly updating himself/ herself about features, advantages and benefits of all the products being offered
Maintaining the daily report of the work done
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above
Make calls to prospective students to inform them about our programs, seminars, and webinars.
Address student queries related to exam preparation, course structure, and institute facilities.
Persuade students and parents to visit the institute for counselling sessions and program demonstrations.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle client queries efficiently
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, helpful approach.
Attractive appearance and professional look
Good communication skills are must.
