Senior Admission Counselor (Female)

As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to counsel clients about the courses offered based on their individual requirements. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of the different courses available and effectively communicate the fee structure to the clients. In this role, your excellent communication skills will be key in convincing and retaining customers. You will also be responsible for providing career counseling to students in various fields, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths. Maintaining accurate records of all client meetings and following up with clients for enrollments will be essential to ensure smooth operations. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, specifically as a Counsellor. Female candidates with a Graduate or Diploma qualification in any field are preferred for this position. The job is based in Bathinda, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a full-time basis. In addition to a competitive salary range of 20k to 30k CTC plus incentives, the role offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. The ideal candidate should have a total of 2 years of work experience, and the work location will be in person during the day shift.
