Senior Ad Operations Executive Location: Bangalore, In-office role Exp: 3 to 4 years Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ad Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery,ensure operational excellence, and support the optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns. You will play a critical role in driving performance, supporting sales efforts, and helping shape the future of decentralised advertising. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to understand client objectives and translate them into effective programmatic strategies. Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns across major DSPs and curation platforms to ensure optimal performance. Analyse campaign data, provide actionable insights, and produce regular performance reports for clients. Act as a key point of contact for operational and technical support, proactively resolving any issues that may arise. Work closely with the commercial team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Keep abreast of industry developments, trends, and new platform features, sharing relevant updates with internal teams and clients. Maintain campaign and platform documentation, and support the implementation of process improvements where needed. Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and data privacy policies. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field. Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with hands-on knowledge of major DSPs and curation platforms. Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and other key technologies. Highly process-driven with a track record of implementing or enhancing operational workflows. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from performance data to inform decision-making. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to internal stakeholders and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a keen attention to detail.
