Role & responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Handle daily revenue postings from Front Office, F&B outlets, Banquets, and other departments.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and guest ledger balances (Nc Account)
Monitor and record petty cash transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Track and control costs, prepare variance analysis, and highlight deviations.
Support the Finance Manager/Management with budget preparation and forecasting.
Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems (e.g., DYTEN, DYEN).
Good understanding of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
