Job Description

Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.) and timely filing of returns.
Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and vendor payments.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data confidentiality.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff.
Identify process improvement opportunities for better efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CA Inter preferred).
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and team management abilities.
