Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with all relevant taxes such as GST, TDS, etc. by managing returns filings and payments. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in account management or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), preferably from a recognized university. Strong knowledge of SAP, Tally, GST, TDS, Financial Management systems.
