Job Description

Preferred candidate profile:

Location: Madurai

Experience

Proficient in
Tally ERP
and MS Office (especially Excel).
Sound knowledge of
NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transactions
and online banking processes.
Familiar with documentation and compliance under
DGFT, Customs
, and other regulatory bodies.
Experienced in handling
GST returns
,
duty drawback claims
, and
export incentives
.
Capable of preparing and managing
statutory documentation
such as invoices, shipping bills, and BOEs.
Strong understanding of
import-export procedures
, documentation, and accounting entries.
Familiarity with
CAPEXIL
, DGFT schemes, or export promotion councils is a plus.
Good
communication and coordination skills
to liaise with banks, vendors, and internal teams.
Proactive in maintaining
daily checklists
and ensuring task completion within deadlines
Keep records of completed tasks and flag discrepancies or delays for immediate action.
