Senior Accounts & International Trade Compliance Manager

As an experienced Accounts and Import Finance professional at Altossa Projects in Hyderabad, your role will involve handling foreign remittances for import of goods and ensuring timely closure with banks. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting Bill of Entry, invoices, shipping documents, and related papers to banks. Additionally, you will coordinate with customs clearing agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and banks while tracking and maintaining records of Bills of Entry, remittances, and import documentation. It will be crucial for you to ensure remittances are nullified against Bills of Entry as per RBI / FEMA norms and to accurately record and reconcile import transactions in Tally. Maintaining overseas vendor ledgers, duties, freight, and customs expense accounts will also be part of your responsibilities.
