Senior Accounts Professional (UK Accounting)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize statutory accounts under

  FRS 105

  and

  FRS 102 1A

  , ensuring full disclosure compliance.
• Manage accounts preparation for UK entities with turnover up to

  £10m

  .
• Prepare

  Corporation Tax computations (CTax comps)

  .
• Work on

  IRIS

  accounts production software (preferred) or similar UK accounting software.
• Review work prepared by junior team members and assist in training and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with

  UK

  Companies Act

  , UK accounting standards, and basic corporation tax requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, and professional competence.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum

  5+ years’ experience

  in UK accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of

  FRS

  , UK

  Companies Act

  , and

  basic corporation tax

  .
• Experience with IRIS or other major UK accounts production software.
• Ability to review junior staff work and provide guidance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Technically competent and capable of managing multiple assignments.

• On-site availability only (No Work from Home).
